Pattern Purchases

When you buy one of my patterns, you'll receive an email with a unique download link for the file. For security reasons, once you've clicked the link to download, you will have 24 hours before the link expires. If you haven’t had the chance to download within that time frame, please get in touch and I will resend the email. Be sure to reply to me via your order confirmation email.

eGift Cards

byGoldenberry eGift Cards are sent out via email straight after you purchase. They will either be sent straight to you or your chosen recipient and will include a code for you/them to use when you/they make a purchase. You will not receive a card in the post. This is to save more plastic cards from being created used only once.

Product Orders

Orders are sent from Cyprus and the price for shipping is dependant on your country and the weight of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you have filled in your shipping address but please see the table below for estimated costs. All orders are sent tracked.

I package your items with second hand paper/card packaging materials to keep them in reuse as much as possible. Reuse will always come before investing in new materials. If I run out of things to reuse, I will invest in a sustainable, recyclable, paper alternative. They are secured with biodegradable paper tape.

Please note: The post office is required to use a plastic envelope to include the customs forms on your packages. Unfortunately, I am unable to do anything about this.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

I really hope that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not, please get in touch to discuss it further.

In order to return your order to me you will need to contact me within 14 days of delivery and send the item back to me within 30 days of delivery, in its original state.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs of physical items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
